I had a wonderful Mother's Day. This year was extra special with my beautiful daughter and my handsome miracle boy. Daddy and Taylor woke up early and fixed me heart pancakes for breakfast and they did the dishes too! They bought me a beautiful necklace and Taylor was very proud that she was able to write lots of T's and O's in my card (T for Taylor and O for Orwig). Matthew was a character all day. His new thing is to imitate faces you make at him. He loves to do fishy lips and then he laughs at himself. It's so cute. His new milestone this past week was that he rolled from his back to his belly and then back to his back. We were so excited.

We went to the cardiologist last week and had a glowing report. His blood pressure was back to normal so we have removed his blood pressure patch. We are down to 3 medications!!!!! In fact, things are going so well that we don't have to go back for 3 months. We stopped by the PICU for a visit and enjoyed seeing everybody. The nurses couldn't get over how big he is getting. They were also amazed to hear how much happier he is. They enjoyed the little faces he made and how he played shy. That's pretty much all for now. Oh - I almost forgot - his weight was up by a pound. Yeah!!
